Ingredients: 1.5 oz Cylinder Vodka .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice 5 Cantaloupe Chunks 1 Bar Spoon Rosewater .5 oz Simple Syrup Rice Noodles 1 Bar Spoon Peychaud’s Bitters
Method: Wrap inside of high ball glass with rice noodles. Combine cantaloupe chunks, simple syrup, lime juice and rosewater in a cocktail shaker and muddle all ingredients. Add vodka and ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass wrapped with rice noodles, fill with ice, and top with bitters. Cheers!
